Proof Policies

Please note that these images are not intended as a color proof, as all monitors and calibrations vary. The proofs are primarily intended for spelling/content confirmation, review of orientation, content, and layout of your project. Other details like size, material types, shipping information, web post location, etc may also be included in the proof post. Please review all information included thoroughly before submitting your confirmation or rejection.

Once your approval has been received your order will be upgraded to processing, sent to print, posted to the web, or otherwise released to you according to the terms of your project. Note that the Macrodo Creative team is not responsible for spelling or text content errors, and to ensure fast turnaround times file corrections after client approval has been received is not possible, please double-check that the details and artwork for your order are correct before approving the proofs. If rejecting a proof, please provide as much detailed information as possible to allow our team to correct the proof quickly and correctly.
